I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I rented a motorbike to ride through the south island and had a small issue I needed fixing. Though they were all booked up for appointments, they were quick to respond and had me in and out in about an hour, just enough time for me to get lunch nearby. Staff was also very friendly, thanks all!

Holy Moly if I could give this place 10 stars I would. I rented a motorcycle for a day ride and I have to say this was the best customer service i've come across in all New Zealand. Adam was extremely helpful with the whole process and very knowledgeable and friendly. Felt like family the whole time. If your looking to rent a motorcycle, look no further. Sam did my WOF, had the tyres in stock I needed in stock and went the extra mile and looked into and fixed my ABS problem.
This is a great business to deal with and its so nice to see the same staff each time.
