Wanaka Powersports Limited (we, our, us) endeavours to ensure our customers (you, your) are satisfied with your purchase of our Goods and Services. This Shipping Policy sets out how we process and deliver orders placed on our website. We may update our Shipping Policy at any time by posting the updated policy on our website. This Policy is in addition to our Terms of Trade.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
All online orders are shipped from our premises in Wanaka, New Zealand, or directly from the manufacturer. We aim to ship all orders within 1-4 working days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. During peak periods, processing and shipping delays may occur. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control.
Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on availability. You will be notified if this applies.
3. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase. While we will make every effort to update your details, we cannot guarantee that changes are made before your order is dispatched.
If you have made an error, please contact us immediately with your correct details.
4. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature, we accept no liability for any loss or damage that may occur after delivery by the courier.
5. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship only within New Zealand. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. ISSUES
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
