REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Wanaka Powersports Limited (we, our, us) endeavours to ensure our customers (you, your) are satisfied with your purchase of our Goods and Services. This Refund and Exchange Policy sets out how returns and refunds are handled by us. We may update our Refund and Exchange Policy at any time by posting an updated policy on our website. This Policy is in addition to our Terms of Trade.
1. REFUNDS
To request a refund for any Goods or Services, please contact us directly. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund request.
All refund requests must be lodged, and the Good must be returned to us for inspection, within 30 days from your delivery date.
Any Good requested for a refund must be in their original condition: unaltered, unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Please note that all returned Goods are subject to our inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the Good does not meet the return criteria.
For all refund requests, we will provide a shipping label to return the Good to us for inspection. Please ensure your return is carefully packaged, as we will not accept Goods damaged during transit.
If a refund is approved by us, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will only be issued for the price paid for the Good at checkout. Shipping costs and any discounts applied to your order are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for electrical Goods or consumable Goods (including but not limited to, chemicals, oils, fluids and brake pads).
2. FAULTY PRODUCTS
We apologise if your purchase is defective. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner. All defective Goods and Services will be dealt with in accordance with our Terms of Trade.
3. SALES ARE FINAL
All sales of Goods and Services are final. We do not accept returns of any Goods unless a refund has been approved in accordance with this Policy.
